All Women Equipped (AWE)
Under the shepherding of our Elders, we obediently respond to His call to be disciples (learners) and to disciple (teach). Essential to equipping disciples are the Word and the Spirit. We will fulfill this calling together through

D- GROUP MENTOR TRAINING KICK OFF
Faith Community Church Women’s Ministry exists to equip women to be disciples who plant the Church. We actively participate in advancing the gospel and in obeying Jesus’ command to “…. go and make disciples of all nations.” (Mt. 28:19)
The Great Commission, alongside Titus 2:3-5, encourages women to something more than programs. One of God’s beautiful plans for transformation calls women to be disciples (learners) and to disciple (teach) - intentionally gathering together to build one another up in Christ. Specifically, we desire to see older women share their lives with younger women in order to train them up.
If you would like to learn how to better develop this kind of mentoring relationship, join us for a Mentor Training Kick-off. We’ll talk through why gender-specific mentoring is important, where we start, who can be a mentor and how we find time to invest in these gospel relationships. There will also be information on how to get plugged into an upcoming 11-week study through the book “Spiritual Mothering” by Susan Hunt.
We are not left alone with this task. Jesus reminds us, “…behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Mt 28:20) His grace and His presence motivate us to be faithful to His calling.
Mission & Vision
Faith Community Church Women’s Ministry exists to equip women to be disciples who plant the Church.
We will develop Titus 2 relationships where spiritually older women mentor and disciple spiritually younger women. Coming alongside our brothers in Christ, we will actively participate in advancing the Gospel and in obeying Jesus’ command to “[…] go and make disciples of all nations.” (Mt. 28:19)
