all women equipped (awe)
Mission, Vision, & Goals
Faith Community Church Women’s Ministry exists to equip women to be disciples who plant the church. We will develop Titus 2 relationships through which spiritually older women mentor and disciple spiritually younger women. Coming alongside our brothers in Christ, we will actively participate in advancing the Gospel and in obeying Jesus’ command to “[…] go and make disciples of all nations.” (Mt. 28:19). Under the shepherding of our Elders, we obediently respond to His call to be disciples (learners) and to disciple (teach). Essential to equipping disciples are the Word and the Spirit. We will fulfill this calling together through:
Mentoring relationships (Titus 2:3-5)
Study and application of God’s Word
Living out our faith by serving one another and others.
Ladies Time Out
Ladies of all ages and stages have been meeting once a month at Ladies Time Out where we gather in the cafe and get to know each other over coffee and treats. LTO meets the third Wednesday of every month from 9-11am here at church. Childcare is provided. We hope you can join us next time!
This is a great event to invite friends and neighbors to, and introduce them to the beauty of relationships centered on Christ.
Want to help? You are always welcome to bring a snack to share, and if you are bringing kiddos, please pack a water bottle.

The Invitation: Women's Retreat
Jesus invites you to share your life with him...will you invite him in?
Women of FCC are invited to attend a weekend retreat of spiritual refreshment, relaxation, fellowship and recreation. Our weekend theme verse comes from Matthew 11:28 where Jesus says, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” If we answer his invitation and invite him into different aspects of our lives, we will find him to be our all-sufficient source of abundant life.
Four teaching sessions include worship, lectures, break out group discussion time and time for personal reflection and prayer. Enjoy free time for rest, recreation and fellowship.

The Bible in a Year: A Guided Scripture Reading Journey for Women by Kandi Gallaty
We live in a day and age when the demands on a woman’s time are great, and our hearts are pulled in countless directions. It’s no surprise that many of us struggle to implement daily Bible reading as a practice. But it doesn’t have to be that way! God wants you to experience the life change that happens when you prioritize spending time with Him.
In this one-year journey from Genesis through Revelation, walk through key passages of the Bible at a manageable, five-days-per-week pace. Based on the 260-day Foundations Bible reading plan, you’ll engage with daily devotional content, interactive questions, and Scripture memorization challenges, all designed to grow your relationship with God and your knowledge of Him.
Growing Together: Taking Mentoring beyond Small Talk & Prayer Requests by Melissa Kruger
We need one another. Yet we don’t always know how to develop relationships that help us grow in the Christian life. Spiritual mentoring offers a way for younger believers and more mature Christians to grow together through intentional discipleship and accountability. If you’re looking for a place to start, Melissa Kruger presents a guide for discipleship conversations that span a variety of topics for spiritual growth. Each lesson encourages both mentor and mentee to focus on the hope of the gospel as they learn together from the truth of God’s word.
