Women's Ministry Overview
The Women’s Ministry of Faith Community Church is passionate about equipping women to become disciples who plant the church. Through Titus 2 relationships, we seek to mentor and disciple one another, relying on the transformative power of the Word and the Spirit. We believe that our commitment to Jesus is best reflected through prayer, study, and service. We are excited to join our brothers in Christ in advancing the Gospel and fulfilling Jesus’ command to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Mt. 28:19). Under the shepherding of our Elders, we are committed to being obedient to God’s call to be disciples and disciple-makers. We believe that our faith is not simply a set of beliefs but a way of life that is lived out through Gospel-centered fellowship and loving service to one another and others.
Our Women's Ministry is a community of women passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ. We believe that women have a unique and vital role in the Kingdom of God, and we exist to equip and empower them to fulfill that role.
Building relationships between spiritually older and spiritually younger women is the focus of our ministry. We believe mentoring relationships are essential to spiritual growth and discipleship, and we encourage women to invest in one another's lives.
We are committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the foundation of all we do. We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, and we prioritize studying it together and applying its teachings to our lives. We also believe in the power of prayer, and we regularly gather to pray for one another and for the needs of our community.
We look forward to hearing from you and growing deeper in our relationship with Christ and each other together. Please email Stephanie at stephanie.langer@homeforever.org for more information on how to get involved. We look forward to hearing from you!
Disciple Her
Our Women's Ministry exists to equip women to be disciples who make disciples. We develop relationships which spiritually older women mentor and disciple spiritually younger women. We commit to mentoring relationships, prayer, study of God's Word, and sharing life together. If you are interested in being a mentor or if you are seeking a mentor, please email Stephanie at stephanie.langer@homeforever.org. Our Disciple Her Training Sessions offer information and training on what it is to be a disciple, what it means to make disciples and what it means to be a mentor. These sessions are intended for women who are interested in learning more about DH Groups, connecting with current mentors, or becoming a mentor.

Women in the Word
Our ladies are starting a new study on the Gospel of Mark beginning January 8th, 2025! Stephanie Langer will be teaching our newly added morning session from 9-10:30am, and Bobbi Blanchard will lead the Wednesday evening session from 6-7:30pm here at FCC. Our morning dates will also accommodate our Ladies Time Out Ministry so ladies can enjoy that time of fellowship, and our evening dates will run the same as Youth Group so is a great option for those who are dropping off and picking up children on Wednesday nights. Sign up online and check out the schedules. Your online registration will include your book!
Ladies Time Out
Ladies of all ages and stages meet once a month at Ladies Time Out where we gather in the cafe and get to know each other over coffee and treats. LTO meets the third Wednesday of every month from 9-11am here at church. Childcare and coffee are provided. We hope you can join us next time! Bring a brunch item to share if you are able.
This is a great event to invite friends and neighbors to, and introduce them to the beauty of relationships centered on Christ.
Want to help? You are always welcome to bring a snack to share, and if you are bringing kiddos, please pack a water bottle to send with them to the childcare room. Nursing mothers are welcome to keep their baby with them.
